What equipment will I need?

Come as you are... If money is not an object for you by all means get the best equipment you can. For most of us "practical" folks, you only need what you currently are able to get your hands on. Don't have access to a gym? No problem. Can't afford custom skates? No problem. Have to drink water instead of sports drinks? No problem.

Do not think you must have this or that to be the best. Remember, you are striving to be the best you can be based on your own set of circumstances.

Each week may subject you to a different type of training... some skating, some weight lifting, plyometrics, jump rope, circuit training, complex training, etc... that's one of the key components of this program... no repeats. You will not repeat the same routines over and over again. I will continuously challenge your body by keeping the program very diverse. I assure you will not get bored and because you are doing such diverse training, your muscles will always be challenged and you will not plateau. I may suggest you get a jump rope... don't have one? Make one. I may suggest you do squats with dumbells. Don't have any? Fill up a couple of milk jugs with water and viola... now you do!

Come as you are... no batteries needed. If you want it bad enough you'll overcome any obstacles... equipment will not be one of them.

Coach Steve

If you are beginning any new exercise program such as this one, you are advised to first consult your physician. Any advice I render should not supersede the advice you would receive from a trained health care professional should you choose to consult one.
