Everyone. It's all inclusive. Gain weight, lose weight, get stronger, faster, better endurance... achieve a level of fitness you've never achieved before. Encompass is just that... a training program that encompasses all the necessary components that will enable you to get into the best shape of your life.

 

The training program emphasizes overall fitness with concentration on those areas that develop strength, endurance, power and speed for the speed skater.

 

Suppose you are a speed skater new to the sport or maybe you've been in the sport for a couple of years but just can't seem to get yourself up into the lead pack. You attend every practice your coach tells you to but you still don't seem to be able to break out of the "rut" you're in. This program is for you.

 

Maybe all the coaching or guidance you receive revolves around speed skating drills only... no advice on what to eat, when to eat, when to rest, how hard to train, when to train, etc... This program is for you.

 

Maybe you are in the lead pack but just can't seem to get that edge you need to win consistently. This program is for you.

 

Maybe you think you've hit a plateau... you think you're as fast as you will ever be. This program is for you.

 

Ultimately this training has been designed for any athlete that wants a "daily personal trainer" to tell them exactly what they need to do EVERY DAY between now and Indoor/Outdoor Nationals.
