4th Quarter Drill

Transition from 1 exercise to the next with no rest:
  • Push Up 1 set x 10 reps
  • sprint 25 meters
  • drop down and knock out 10 situps
  • sprint 25 meters
  • stop immediately, get into the skater position on one leg (right leg), balance for 30 seconds
  • sprint 25 meters
  • stop immediately, get into the skater position on one leg (left leg), balance for 30 seconds
  • sprint 25 meters
  • drop down and knock out 20 scissor kicks
